About me

I am Ruslana, a psychologist who carefully accompanies people through difficult periods of life. I work in the method of symbolic drama - a deep direction of psychotherapy that helps to better understand yourself, your experiences and needs through images, emotions and inner experiences.

In my work, a safe space, sensitivity, sincere contact and respect for the pace of each person are important. I believe that even in a crisis you can find support, and behind anxiety, exhaustion or pain there is often an important story that requires attention and care.


My task is not to “fix” a person, but to help them hear themselves better, restore inner support and find their own path to change.
