My name is Kateryna, I am a psychologist in the field of crisis counseling and psychosocial support (MHPSS). I work with topics of psychological trauma, loss, anxiety, depressive states, emotional burnout, adaptation to crisis life circumstances and the consequences of stress.

I have experience working in humanitarian and social projects with women, children, adolescents, people affected by war and gender-based violence. I conduct individual consultations, crisis interventions, psychoeducational and support sessions.

In my work, I use a trauma-informed approach, crisis counseling, psychosocial support (PSS), Psychological First Aid (PFA), elements of Somatic Experiencing, art therapy methods, IAC and principles of nonviolent communication (NVC).

It is important for me to create a safe, ethical and supportive space in which a person can gradually restore inner support, contact with themselves and psychological resilience.
